Legislation
Starting with 1990, the national legislation related to scientific research, technological development and innovation activity changed various times, the amendments reflecting both the evolution of Romanian society and different political influences.
Most normative acts settled from 1992 until now are presented in this section. The content of these acts are in compliance with the ones published in the Official Bulletin.
There are also presented projects of normative acts realized or initiated by the National Authority for Scientific Research, which are debated publicly, in compliance with the law. |
